Method for production

1. Dissolve milk in a 1:2.5 ratio with water and pour into an ice cream maker.

2. Whip milk in a 1:2 ratio to make milk foam.

3. Make Italian handmade ice cream (recipe shown in the video).

4. Dissolve milk in a 1:4 ratio with room temperature water to make shaved ice or shaved ice.

5. Whip milk in a 1:2 ratio with 1 part heavy cream, freeze for six hours, and then scoop into ice cream balls.
